You can make a new subsequent appointment for an existing patient directly from the appointment book in PracSuite using the Make Next Appointment function.
Navigate to the current appointment, mouse click and select Make Next Appointment
Navigate to the new required future appointment time, changing days as required, mouse click and select Make Next Appointment & Invoice [patient name]
Invoice the patient for their consultation today as per your normal billing procedures
You have now made the next future appointment and invoiced the patient for today's consultation
