In order to access integrated claiming functions, item codes must have appropriate claim options enabled.

Go to Settings > Billing > Item Codes

Select the item code you want to enable claim options on or click Add to create a new item code. If you're unsure of how to create a new item code, a guide can be found here.

Click Edit to make changes to the item code.

Select the desired claim type and add override codes if required.

Once created, click Save to finalise your changes.

When adding item codes to invoices, the relevant claim options will be available to engage the Medipass claiming process.
