How to Clear Your Web Browser Cache
Updated over a week ago

We always recommend closing your web browser and trying again if you're experiencing issues in PracSuite. If problems persist, a common troubleshooting step is to clear your web browser cache by following the instructions below:

Google Chrome

Select the Padlock icon to the left of the URL.

Select the 'Site Settings' option.

Select 'Clear Data'

Clearing the Site Data will log you out of PracSuite and will require you to re-enter the 2-Factor Authentication code even if you selected 'Trust this device for 7 days' when you logged in last.

Note: This above method for Google Chrome does not always clear the cache entirely for PracSuite. If you continue to have issues after completing the above steps, try the following method which will clear the entire cache for Google Chrome, and not just the cache for the PracSuite websites.

Keep in mind this will clear the saved data for ALL websites, logging you out of any sites you are logged into and clear any saved passwords for these sites.

Navigate to the 3 dots in the right corner of Google Chrome, and in this menu select 'Settings'.

On the page that appears, select 'Privacy and Security' option on the left side.

Select the 'Clear Browsing Data' option.

Change the time range to 'All time', and then select 'Clear Data'.
