There are two ways to copy an existing clinical note in PracSuite. Both options require the Copy Clinical Note permission to be enabled on user roles.

1. Create a new note based on a copy of an existing note

In the main clinical note timeline, use the Copy icon to create a new clinical note as a copy of the selected note.

2. Copying an existing note when writing a new note

When a new clinical note is already in progress, you can use the Copy icon when hovering over a clinical note in the History pane to insert the contents of that note to the bottom of the current note.
