Appointments on the appointment book often will display an icon to help you identify certain statuses at a glance. Below is a list of icons you may see and what they mean:

 | This appointment has a note |
 | Appears when the COVID vaccination status alert is turned on when a patient is fully vaccinated |
 | A phone call reminder is required for this appointment |
 | An SMS or email reminder is enabled for this appointment |
 | The client has replied to an SMS related to this appointment |
 | The invoice associated with this appointment has been paid in full |
 | A form sent for this appointment has been received |
