Waiting List Troubleshooting

When using the Waiting List functionality, filtering can affect which patients are displayed. To make sure you can view all patients that have been added to the Waiting List follow the guide below.

Click the Waiting List Icon in the bottom left of the Appointment Book.

At the top of the Waiting List, click the Filter Icon.

Under Practitioners to Display, select Appointment Book Filters. This will ensure that you will be able to view patients on the waiting list that are associated with the businesses/practitioners you are viewing on the Appointment Book.

Under Days to Display, select All Days. This will ensure that you will be able to view patients on the waiting list for all days rather than for just today.

Click Save.
