To make a practitioner available for online bookings, go to Settings > Online Booking Practitioners.

Select Add to add a new practitioner to your online booking site.

Use the Practitioner dropdown to select the Practitioner you wish to enable.

If the practitioner is happy to accept new patient bookings, enable the Allow New Patient Bookings setting.

You can also select Show Description and Show Photo should display additional information for your patients to help inform who they are booking with. If you can't fit in all the information you want to present, you can also add a more detailed description adding a Long Description URL to link to an external page on your website.

You will see a list of the Practitioner's Businesses and their Corresponding Locations. Select the Businesses that you would like to enable online booking for and then click into the services lines to add the services the practitioner offers at that location.

When you are done, click Save at the top to confirm your changes.

In addition to setting the Services for a Location, you can also set restrictions on which patients can book at each one.

While in Edit mode, hovering over a Location will show the Edit button.

Clicking on that button will open the Permissions window where you can set restrictions on the patients that can book with this Practitioner or patients that have this Practitioner set as their Default Practitioner.
