Enabling Practitioner AI Features

PracSuite AI features can be enabled in Settings > PracSuite Account > AI.

Start with enabling PracSuite AI at the top of the page.

Further down the page, you'll see a list of all practitioners that are currently active in your PracSuite subscription. You can choose which practitioners you would like to subscribe to the PracSuite AI features for.

After enabling PracSuite AI for the desired practitioners, select Save to finalise your changes.

These practitioners will now be able to use PracSuite AI features. They may need to log out and back in to see the new tools.

General AI Settings

Along with enabling the AI features per practitioner, two general settings control whether dictation and conversation transcriptions are saved for all practitioners. This option is enabled by default but can be disabled if practices do not wish for transcriptions to be saved. When disabled, only the AI-generated clinical note will be saved.

Customising Individual Practitioner AI Settings

Each practitioner has some general settings related to PracSuite AI Settings that can be found in the user menu in the top right corner of PracSuite.

The following settings can be customised:

Profession Description

Add your profession to provide the AI with context for your transcriptions and clinical notes. If no profession is entered, the default will be 'Health Professional'.

Creativeness

The Creativeness setting allows users to control the level of creativity and variation in responses. This feature is useful for tailoring AI outputs based on your individual perferences.

Strict - Precise, predictable responses with no variation. Ideal for accuracy-focused tasks.

Conservative - Reliable responses with minimal creativity. Best for dependable, slightly flexible answers.

Balanced (Default) - Mixes accuracy with moderate creativity. Suitable for general use with some variation.

Liberal - Creative and open to exploring different possibilities. Responses will be more varied and imaginative.

Divergent - Maximizes creativity and exploration, producing varied and sometimes unpredictable responses.
