Setup, Training & Data Migration
New subscribers can purchase guided setup and training with the PracSuite team at $395 inc GST, which includes 3 x 1-hour Zoom sessions. Each session has a different focus, beginning with general setup, then admin training and finally practitioner training.
Rather than purchasing guided setup and training, users also have the choice to read through guides on our knowledge base and to watch prerecorded training videos at no additional cost.

Monthly Subscription Fee
PracSuite has a monthly fee per practitioner, and all subscriptions include the following:

Unlimited admin staff

Two-way SMS functionality, from 10c per message.
Unlimited emails
Secure cloud hosting and backup
The base rate for a single practitioner is $84 ex GST per month. Additional practitioners are priced based on the total number of practitioners per the rate chart below. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

Pricing is current as of 1/2/2023.
Subscribers are billed one month in advance based on the previous month’s practitioner activity. Any practitioner files that are active in the billing period will incur charges. Active practitioner files can be found in PracSuite in Settings > Practitioners. Any practitioners added part-way through the month will be charged on a prorated basis at the beginning of the following month.
Part-Time Practitioner Policy
Practitioners will automatically qualify for the part-time rates outlined above if they meet the following criteria for two consecutive months. Part-time discounts will automatically be applied to your monthly subscription invoice.

A maximum of 16 hours of appointments per week | Based on the total duration of appointments booked with the practitioner. Excludes notes and rule outs. Patients within group appointments are counted individually. |
A maximum of 32 appointments per week | The total number of appointments booked with the practitioner. Excludes notes and rule outs. Patients within group appointments are counted individually. |
A maximum of 32 transactions per week | The total number of items billed for the practitioner. Only a single item is counted per patient each day. |
SMS Credit Pricing
PracSuite SMS credits must be purchased in order to send SMS messages from PracSuite. SMS Credits can be purchased in the following bundles:
