Notes can be added to a practitioner's appointment book column for ad-hoc events that aren't related to a patient, such as meetings and catch-up time.
Quick Notes
When adding a Note on the Appointment Book, a selection of the most used notes for your business will be available to select as Quick Notes. Alternatively, you can create a list of custom Quick Notes for each business, replacing the most used quick notes with your custom list.
To manage the list of custom Quick Notes, go to Settings > Appointment Book > Quick Notes.
Adding a single note
Select an available time on the appointment book and then select the Note option.
Select from your Quick Note descriptions, or enter a custom description and colours. You can also modify the duration and add additional notes and resources to the booking.
Select Save to finalise your changes.
Adding a recurring schedule of notes
Select an available time on the appointment book and then select the Note option.
Select the Schedule option.
Select from your Quick Note descriptions, or enter a custom description and colours. You can also modify the duration and add additional notes that will be applied to all bookings in the schedule.
Review the Recurrence pattern for the note and the practitioners to whom the note should be applied.
Select Generate Schedule.
You'll see an overview of the schedule. Use the drop down menus in the schedule grid to customise the date, time, practitioner, resources and duration as required.
Once you've reviewed the schedule, select Check & Reserve Times.
You will need to review any detected conflicts where the time is not available for that specific practitioner. You can change the time or remove that instance from the schedule.
After addressing all the conflicts, select Book Schedule to finalise the process.
To edit a schedule, select a single recurrence and select Edit Schedule.
Edit and modify the schedule as required.
Select Edit Schedule to confirm your changes.
