If your clinic uses a VoIP phone system or softphone, you can turn phone numbers throughout PracSuite into clickable links. Selecting a number opens your phone app and starts the call.
Turning on click to call
Go to Settings > General > General and select Edit.
In the Main section, tick Enable click-to-call for phone numbers.
Select Save.
Using click to call
Phone numbers become links in most places where PracSuite shows them. A few places where a link wouldn't be useful are not linked.
Click to call uses tel: links, so your computer needs an app that handles them, such as your VoIP client or softphone. The first time you select a number, your browser may ask which app to use.
