Practices have the option to participate in HCF's 'More For' program, which is available to eligible members of the HCF private health fund. If your practice participates in this program, you can enable HCF More For claiming via the Tyro integration in Settings > Integrations > Tyro Health EFTPOS .

Once the integration is enabled, go to Settings > Billing > Item Codes.

You will need to enable the HCF 'For More' claiming option, shown below, for all applicable item codes. Repeat this process for all relevant item codes.

When adding HCF More For enabled item codes to an invoice, you will receive the following prompt to enter the appropriate ICD-10 code.

Note that this prompt will only appear if the health fund field on the patient file is set to HCF.

To edit an ICD-10 code after saving this prompt, select the item code drop down and then select the HCF button.

The final step is to proceed with submitting the claim via Tyro using the usual Health Fund Claim button in the Tyro menu.

After submitting the claim, you will be able to see a summary of the health fund benefit and any remaining gap amounts as usual.
