Enabling Shared Online Bookings on a client's file allows linked Family members with an online booking account to see and manage appointments on behalf of other shared online bookings enabled family members.

Enabling Shared Online Bookings
On the Contacts tab of a Client's File select Edit and turn on the toggle for Shared Online Bookings for any family members that would like to manage their family's appointments. Please note that only family members with Shared Online Bookings enabled will be able to have other family members book in with them - They do not have to have their own account.
Client Perspective
When logged in, Timothy can see their own and their family's bookings.
After selecting Book Appointment or Book Class the client is then asked who they would like to make an appointment for.
