When creating user accounts for practitioners, it is important to link the user account to the corresponding practitioner file so that the practitioner can access the following PracSuite features:

To ensure a practitioner is correctly linked to their user account, go to Settings > Users & Security > Users & Security > select their user > select Edit.

In the Database Access section, ensure that the User is a practitioner is enabled and that the appropriate practitioner is selected in the drop-down menu.
