How to Enable the PracSuite Tyro Health Online Integration

PracSuite's integration with Tyro Health Online allows you to submit claims and process credit card payments directly from PracSuite.

The integration allows you to manage the following:

Online Claiming

Online Payments

Registering for a Tyro Health Online Account

Before configuring the Tyro Health Online integration in PracSuite, you will need to register for a Tyro Health Online account. Click here to view a set-by-step guide on this process.

Activating Tyro Health Online Features

To use the Medicare, DVA, Health Fund claiming, WorkCover Queensland, WorkSafe Victoria, Comcare and icare NSW abilities of the Tyro Health Online integration, your providers will also need to be registered appropriately.

Please ensure that the provider number entered on your PracSuite practitioner files matches the provider numbers entered into your Tyro Health Online account.

Entering Your Tyro Health Online API Key into PracSuite

Once you've registered for a Tyro Health Online account, you will need to generate an API to enter into PracSuite. Click here to learn how to generate a Tyro Health Online API key.

Once you have your API key, go to Settings > Integrations > Tyro Health Online

Enable the Tyro Health Online integration and click the Add button.

Enter your API key in the box provided.

You will now be able to select which Tyro Health Online features you wish to use via PracSuite, as well as assign businesses to each API key. If you have a multiple business setup in PracSuite that have their own Tyro Health Online accounts, be sure to only select the businesses relevant to each API key.

Psychologists and Speech Pathologists that submit DVA claims with a duration will also need to enable the options as below.

Click Save to finalise your changes.
